it is cute and quiet. This was the first time I used this set and it was fully charged. The blades seem sharp enough, but it is difficult to use the guards with them because with our double coated breed the hair gets caught between the blades and the guard and you have to keep taking the guard off to clean it out, so that's annoying. The clipper does a fairly decent job grooming without scaring the dogs, I have Shetland sheepdogs and we take the long double coats off every spring and summer. So yes, its goof for grooming, it is guiet,Prosdecent pricesmall and lightweightcordlessvery quiet - the noise doesn't bother the dogs while groominggreat for cutting human hair too lolwonderful customer servicecons,if you have a large dog or a double-coated dog make sure you have a full charge and you'll have to clean the guards multiple times as you trim.small so it only cuts about an inch wide at a time - this increases your grooming time.when the battery is done it is done, you sometimes don't get a lot of warning.
